RESULTS ARE NOT CREATED IN THE TREATMENT ROOM ALONE. DAILY HOMECARE, MORNING AND NIGHT IS ESSENTIAL FOR ACCELERATING THE PROGRESS.

AFTER COMPLETING YOUR AFTERCARE PERIOD, YOU WILL BEGIN YOUR STRUCTURED DAILY ROUTINE USING THE PRESCRIBED PRODUCTS. REFER TO THE PRODUCT USE PAGE FOR SUPPORT

* Please note: reactions such as dryness ,irritation or temporary hyperpigmentation can occur, this is often considered normal as the skin adjust and renews, however if symptoms persist 5-7 days or worsen please reach out for guidance.

How to Reschedule

1.VAGARO IS THE BOOKING SITE...GO TO THE SITE

2. LOG IN AND LOCATE THE EXISTING APPT

3.SELECT CHANGE/MODIFY THE APPT.
* you will receive 
confirmation 

*if you are receiving error message and you are before the 24hr cut off time, Cancel the appt first then proceed with booking a new one under either "CLIENT RESCHEDULE, MEMBERSHIP OR ACNE PROGRAM

* if original appointment is not canceled, you will still be held responsible for it and may be charged accordingly.

1.LOCATE THE APPOINTMENT

2. SELECT CANCEL APPOINTMENT


*once canceled you can book a new spot whenever your ready.

If the system is not allowing you to cancel at all it means you are outside of the 24hr window: Deposits are forfeited and the $50 fee is charged

LATE POLICIES: I allow 15 min grace period for all appointments, do not stress about reaching outI typically contact you to check in and confirm arrival status.I make the effort to contact you before any appointment is canceled or subject to a fee.*Please note your appointment time may be shortened to remain on schedule for my following clients.

NO SHOWS POLICY: No shows are taken seriously , Failure to attend your appt without communication will result in being unable to book future appts.
RETURNING CLIENTS: Clients who have not seen Che' at all or in 2 years time will be considered a NEW CLIENT
