SEARCH FOR A NEW APPT ON THE VAGARO APP

CHANGE APPT BEFORE 24 HR, IF SYSTEM REQUIRES NEW DEPOSIT, CANCEL THE APPT & SCHEDULE A NEW APPT UNDER THE CLIENT RESCHEDULE AREA. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY A NEW DEPOSIT. MEMBER CLIENT SCHEDULE UNDER MEMBERSHIP CLIENT AREA

POLICY DETAILS

I truly value every client who sits in my chair and trusts me with their skin journey. Because of that, I ask that appointments are handled with the same care and intention they are booked with.

 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so on your own through the booking system at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. I do not have a concierge team available to move appointments manually, so all changes must be completed by you before the 24 timeframe.

 

Sending a message, email, or text to say you cannot make it does not count as a cancellation or reschedule. When changes are not made through the booking system within the required 24-hour window, the deposit will be forfeited and a $50 fee will be applied. 

 

This space is lovingly reserved for clients who are truly committed to their skincare direction and to showing up for themselves. If your schedule is currently unpredictable or you are not ready for that level of consistency, that is completely okay. You are always welcome to return and book when the timing feels more aligned.

 

Please note:

Multiple no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or repeated rescheduling will result in removal from the booking site and/or termination of the program/membership. Once booking access is removed, future appointments will not be available. This policy applies to everyone ;new clients, program clients, and membership clients.
