AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPT THE PROVIDER WILL GO OVER THE DETAILS OF YOUR CONCERNS AND WHICH ACNE PROGRAM WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU. JUST SCHEDULE NEW CLIENT OR ANY SERVICE TO GET STARTED.

MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM


Memberships allows clients to receive discounted special rates for specific services each month. This is great for clients who love to be consistent with monthly maintenance treatments and/or upkeep after completing an acne program. No contract whatsoever! Just amazing treatments at discounted rates on a monthly basis. Members also receive 10% off regular priced retail in office.
MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
Membership treatments cannot be combined with any other sales or discounts.
We will honor the treatment sale if client would like to take advantage of the current sale.
However, the treatment will be outside of the monthly membership service and will be scheduled additionally, unless client request to opt out. please note that when monthly fees are extracted from clients cards these cannot be reversed. Please follow details of needing to pause or cancel membership program.

Membership Guidelines​
​
Pausing / Freezing
You can pause your membership once a year for up to 3 months.
Email us at least 24 hours before you need to pause.

Canceling
Membership must be active for at least 2 months before canceling.To cancel, email us at least 2 weeks before your billing date.
If canceled before 2 months, past services will be charged at regular price and the difference will be billed.
All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once canceled, a new membership must be started to rejoin.

Missed Services
If you miss a month, you may “double up” the next month.
If you can’t, you have up to 3 months to use the missed service.
Membership must be active to redeem missed services or receive discounts.

Carry Over
You may carry over up to 2 services per year.
They must be used within 3 months.
Treatments must be scheduled at least 2 weeks apart.
Membership must be active to receive discounts on carry-over services.

Scheduling Policies
Standard scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation rules apply.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit that month’s service.
Termination Process
All cancellations must be done via email at least 2 weeks before your billing date.
A staff member will confirm the cancellation by email.
